On April 1, 2026, the highly anticipated 7th IEAE Shenzhen Electronics Exhibition successfully concluded at the Shenzhen Futian Convention and Exhibition Center. Over the course of three days, this event—hailed as a “barometer” for the consumer electronics and home appliance industries—delivered an impressive “report card” with over 200,000 visitors, a strong lineup of more than 1,000 source manufacturers, and several high-profile industry summits, marking a significant milestone for the recovery and growth of the electronics and appliance industry in 2026.

According to the data, this year’s IEAE Shenzhen Electronics Exhibition (IEAExCHWE) attracted a total of 202,993 visitors and brought together over a thousand domestic and international electronics and appliance brands and manufacturers. The event featured twelve major categories, including audio-visual products, smart wearables, energy storage, automotive electronics, smart home devices, and kitchen appliances, showcasing more than 100,000 trendy new products and bestsellers.
As a key hub connecting supply and demand, the exhibition effectively brought together diverse channels such as cross-border e-commerce platforms, large-scale retail chains, overseas purchasing delegations, and live-streaming MCNs. The atmosphere for business negotiations within the exhibition halls was vibrant, with countless business opportunities materializing—from sample inquiries to the signing of bulk orders. This not only broke multiple historical records but also powerfully demonstrated IEAE’s robust capability as a “one-stop procurement platform” for facilitating trade.
On the first day of the exhibition, leaders from government agencies—including the Foreign Trade Development Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Commerce, and the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Commerce—visited the venue in person, demonstrating their strong commitment to the development of the electronics industry.
On the morning of April 1, the opening ceremony of the “IEAE Digital and Intelligent Transformation Summit for the Electronics Industry,” hosted by the Foreign Trade Development Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, was held with great fanfare in Hall 9. Deputy Director Deng Bo of the Foreign Trade Development Bureau of Commerce, among other leaders, attended and delivered speeches. The summit focused on two core themes: “Digital and Intelligent Upgrading of the Electronics Industry” and “Product Selection for Cross-Border E-Commerce Industrial Clusters,” providing guidance for enterprises to secure overseas orders and enhance brand competitiveness.

Later that afternoon, the “Guangdong Products Joint Exhibition · Cross-Border Win-Win — Supply and Procurement Matching Conference for Guangdong’s Foreign Trade Transformation and Upgrading Base for Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances,” hosted by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Commerce, was held in succession. The event highlighted key overseas exhibition resources and subsidy policies, particularly in the ASEAN region, to help “Made in Guangdong” products accelerate their global expansion.
In addition to trade matchmaking, this year’s exhibition featured eight concurrent high-level thematic forums. Industry experts, leaders of cross-border e-commerce platforms, and representatives from leading enterprises were invited to engage in in-depth discussions on cutting-edge topics such as “AI-Driven Growth,” “Cross-Border Private Model Development,” and “Expanding into Emerging Markets.”

From the “2026 Zhongshan Smart Manufacturing Global Emerging Markets Conference” to “Compliance · Traffic · Profit—Unlocking the New Code for Overseas Profitability in 2026,” the forums covered everything from strategic analysis to practical implementation, offering attendees a feast of insights and helping enterprises accurately seize market opportunities.
The successful hosting of the 7th IEAE Shenzhen Electronics Exhibition not only serves as a vivid reflection of the industry’s recovery and the resurgence of consumer demand but also highlights the remarkable resilience and market vitality of China’s electronics and electrical appliance industry.
